Lund, Sverige (Sweden) - 3rd Day

Registration day

D & RT was accompanied by Bodil + Erna ( the coordinators) to the AF Building, where the registration took place.

D & RT registered for the Swedish Language class + Baught tickets for the Excursion + Welcome Party + got their keys to the apartment.

D & RT were impressed with the apartment;

3 bedrooms + 1 spacious living room + 2 toilet + 1 bathroom + spacious kitchen + balcony + 1 storage room.

Lund, Sverige (Sweden) - 2nd Day

LUND UNIVERSITY

D & RT were given a tour of the University and the Hospital.


D & RT were very impressed with the student facilities.


The Radiography Department at the University have two anatomy rooms with 24hr access.


There are 30 libraries available within Lund. Easy access to Journals. Unlimited number of books that can be borrowed for half a year without charge.

Vera + RT + D @ Vera's 'temporary room' ; 7th of January

12.oopm, 7th of January; D & RT arrived in the Lund train station.

D & RT stayed in Patient Hotel for 2 nights before moving into their apartment.

On the arrival day;

D & RT were greeted by Bodil- one of the coordinators + Karin - one of the clinical lecturers.

D & RT were introduced to Vera Silva- another erasmus exchange student from portugal.

Copenhagen, Denmark - 2nd day

D & RT went sight seeing.

Found a HALAL kebab restaurant in the City Centre!

D & RT had their first Halal meat away from the UK.

D & RT then visited 3 main museum in Copenhagen;

-Ripley's believe it or not museum

-Guinness World of Records

-Mystic Museum

Copenhagen, Denmark - Arrival day

D & RT didn't do anything much on the day they arrived in Copenhagen.

D & RT just chilled during the day and went bowling in the evening.

The city is just huge and awesome. Paradise for shopping especially for RT.

Days in LunD

D & RT waiting to check in at Heathrow Airport : 9.30am on 4th of January

Arrived in Copenhagen Airport midday.

D & RT stayed in Zleep Hotel for two nights.

Left Copenhagen @ 11.05a.m on 7th of January and arrived in Lund Train Station 30 minutes after. Awesome view whilst on the train.

D & RT have been really busy settling in. They have just got the wireless internet sorted last night; 16th of January @ 10.35pm.

D & RT have been in Lund for 10 days now.

Now that D & RT are 'more organised'; they will start to blog again.
